Brotherhood
Chapter Retreats — Multi-day or one-day working retreats for planning, team-building, and relaxation (e.g., LA Sigmas’ “Thunder Back” retreat or annual chapter retreats with themes).
Game Nights and Socials — Bowling (“brotherhood on the lanes”), poker nights, kickball, movie nights, or DJ parties with food and dancing.
Informal Gatherings — Weekly dinners at restaurants, buffets, camping trips, intramural sports, or chill kickbacks.
Scholarship and Award Luncheons — Events like the Power of Possible Scholarship Luncheon that mix recognition with fellowship.
Founders’ Day / Charter Day Celebrations — Annual events honoring the fraternity’s history with dinners, parties, and reflections on brotherhood.
Service + Brotherhood Mixers — Activities like tabling events, workshops, or joint Divine Nine (NPHC) gatherings that build bonds while serving the community.

Scholarship Galas / Balls / Fundraiser Balls — Formal evenings with dinner, entertainment, awards, and dancing. Proceeds fund scholarships
Scholarship Luncheons — Afternoon events honoring recipients, featuring speakers, student recognition, and fundraising.
Golf Outings / Tournaments — Charity golf classics where proceeds support scholarship funds
5K Runs/Walks — Events like the Xi Chi Sigma “50 for 50” 5K for Education, raising money for scholarships.
Other Fundraisers — Blue & White Balls, annual scholarship receptions, and community events that combine fellowship with giving

Food Drives / Giveaways and Backpack/School Supply Drives — Supporting families and students.
Health & Wellness Events — Prostate cancer screenings, blood drives, Autism Awareness Walks, Sickle Cell 5K runs/walks, wellness challenges.
Community Cleanups / Beautification — Park cleanups, mural painting, or neighborhood projects.
Mentoring & Youth Programs — Via Sigma Beta Clubs (for boys ages 8-18), offering tutoring, leadership training, college prep, and career mentoring.
Voting & Civic Engagement — Registration drives, candidate forums, National Night Out (community safety events).
Partnership Projects — Collaborations with Divine Nine (NPHC) groups, like joint 5Ks, charity galas with service components, or awareness campaigns (e.g., gun violence, human trafficking).
Holiday & Seasonal Service — Turkey/food drives, Father’s Day BBQs, coat/toy drives
